"I'm only a few weeks pregnant. What's the rush?"
Did you know that by the sixth week of pregnancy, your baby's heart is already beating and by the eighth week, the child's brain waves can be measured? It's very important for your and your baby's health to get prenatal medical care right away! We can refer you to a doctor if you don't have one.
"My parents/boyfriend want me to have an abortion."
Legally no one can force a pregnant woman, no matter what age, to have an abortion. It is your choice and the lifelong physical and emotional consequences of the choice will be yours.
"I'm so young and I don't know how I can raise a child."
If you are pregnant, you are already a parent. One of the decisions you will need to make is how you will parent your child. You have plenty of time to work out whether your family, the baby's father or someone else can help you parent your child. We can help you decide what is best for you and your baby. You have time to select an adoptive family if you decide to give your child the gift of a family.
